Following graduation from law school in 1995, Wm. Jemison Mims, Jr. went to work as an Assistant State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida. There he handled numerous jury trials, motions, VOP hearings and bench trials. He later worked representing businesses throughout northwest Florida with employment issues and, for the last eleven years has practiced in the field of personal injury and mass torts. In 2008, he was recognized by the Florida Bar with the President’s Pro Bono Service Award. Today, he practices in the local area serving clients who have issues from personal injuries or criminal charges.
As a life long resident of Northwest Florida, Mr. Mims has deep roots in the community is involved in many local causes.
Wm. Jemison Mims, Jr. is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts and the Federal Court for the Northern District of Florida. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1995.
